October 11 - department book sale

  • William Gibson, Idoru (which I read years ago but want for my own)
  • George Bowering and Linda Hutcheon, eds, Likely Stories: A Postmodern Sampler
  • Gerald Graff and Cathy Birkenstein, They Say/I Say: The Moves that Matter in Academic Writing
  • Gary Tate, Amy Rupiper, and Kurt Schick, A Guide to Composition Pedagogies (a ripping yarn, as McSweeney's would say)
  • Rosemond Tuve, A Reading of George Herbert (a classic)
Two dollars each -- I'm already enjoying Graff and Birkenstein.
